The Story of Too Late Terry’s

When Terry isn’t cooling down homes across the country with his signature Braeburn thermostats, he’s heating up Santa Rosa Beach, Florida with family and friends. His passion for good drinks and a good time is what led him to discovering the now heralded rooftop bar, Too Late Terry’s.

Terry looked at a third-floor balcony overlooking paradise and saw something more: a rooftop beach bar where family and friends could gather after sunset and keep the good times rolling.

What started as a few chairs and a sunset has grown into a cherished annual tradition known simply as Too Late Terry’s.
